Over the years I have bought and sold quite a few houses.My experience has almost always been…good. In my most recent sale, however, it was a different game. We were in a hot area and thought we could really take advantage of that with the right attention and focus.
Good wasn’t good enough. We wanted exceptional. Pam and her team listened to us as we tried to explain what we wanted and provided honest guidance on things we needed to change or update. They even came in and helped with the staging and decluttering to match the vision that we all shared. They really did their homework to advise us on the market and where we fit in. It was a huge bonus that Pam knows Roswell so well. Before the open house, Pam went to every house in the neighborhood and left a note explaining the timing of the open house and how it might affect them (traffic, parking, etc.) and left a little gift. We received so many complements from our neighbors about the attention to detail and the courtesy that was displayed. From there, everything went exactly as planned and we were under contract before the weekend was over. They also gave excellent advice during negotiations and guided us all the way through the closing process. Pam had a vision, a great plan, and the attention to detail to make the plan come to life. For us, it wasn’t just a transaction. It was the place where our kids were born and raised. It was our home, and when you are selling your home, you need someone like Pam who understands all of the emotions that go into moving on and can guide you through that.
